Maybe I find this particularly funny because I'm trying to cut back on my coffee consumption. But I need something to keep me going in the afternoon when I'm really trying to work.
Coffee's out. Sugar's out. And I suppose greenies are out the question, too.
So I'm open for suggestions?

I always thought coffee was one of the major food groups.
Is there anything that is 'in'?
I seem to be drinking more coffee now then I ever have but that's still only two cups a day so I'm not too sure that's too bad. I mean, I could be guzzling two pots a day, right? Seems like you can't enjoy anything anymore. ;-(
I used to drink a pot of coffee a day, by myself. Then doc took me off caffeine. I had headaches for a long time.
That was a LONG time ago and I've been decaf ever since.. except for the hidden caffeine.
I have no suggestions. I just wanted to share my story. :)
I would suggest visiting a place where the coffee is awful. I like fresh milk, not long life, yet when I go to Europe, I dislike their creamy milk so much that I only drink fruit teas. I never seem to miss it. I'm drinking a coffee as I write this, btw.
I'm lucky, neither my mom nor dad drinks coffee so we never grew up with it and I never got into the habit. I've always wondered about this 'addiction' that coffee drinkers have but really don't understand it at all.....
Try tea...it takes longer to prepare a cup of hot tea, but you can control the caffeine levels, I'd say. And with tea, you can miss the usual benefits of coffee: hyperactivity and gastric acid...
Ralph sounds like a doctor here.
I like coffee, but am definitely drinking less than I used to. So is hubby, I think.
