It's August 31 and not expected to break 70 today
Not in Chicago, anyway. And, I'm thinking, maybe the polar ice caps aren't retreating. Maybe they're relocating.

I think it's 113 here today.
Definitely global, or at least continental, cooling. It hit maybe eighty here today and the low tonight is supposed to be in the very low sixties.
