Closed for the Holiday

With this morning's post (see below), absent some sudden, irresistible inspiration, I'm out of here until Wednesday.

You are encouraged to hang around, however, as long as you like. Browse among the archives if you're in the mood. Chat among yourselves. Leave comments.

Please don't spill.

Merry Christmas to all. Or Happy Holiday. Accept whichever greeting makes you happier.

Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas holiday, recovery going well for your wife and that you all didn't over-indulge on the cookies too! I have kind of the same tendency as your wife with respect to the cookie baking but I don't do fancy cookies - just pretty much the run-of-the-mill type but still managed to fill about 10 tupperware-type containers with the sweets this year - down a bit from previous years when I baked enough cookies to feed a small army - or so it seemed anyway.
Now, get back to blogging and have a Happy New Year in 2008 too!
